4. Healthy families trust one another, and an atmosphere of suspicion strangles relationships and hinders God's blessing
5. Healthy families encourage one another, speaking words that build up rather than tear down, recognizing that encouragement changes how people see themselves and what they believe they can become
6. Healthy families support one another, speaking well of each other even when the person is not present, and defending leaders against unfair criticism
7. Healthy families help one another by getting deeply rooted and involved in their local church rather than drifting from congregation to congregation
8. Healthy families pray for one another specifically and intentionally, letting people know they are being prayed for
