How it all started...
First Baptist Church of Ty Ty Started in 1885 Right here at 157 N Church Street. The church has been through many ups and downs such as burning down at one point. Ty Ty has been a consistant beacon of hope and community to the people in Ty Ty Geeorgia.
Expanding the vision...
Ty Ty First Baptist Church started to expand and grow. The church started to grow so much that services were moved from the original sanctuary to the Gym which was readapted as a multi purpose space. Services have been held in the gym since Easter of 2024.
Where we are headed...
As the church continues to grow and expand and see record numbers of attendance in all services, we are seeking to best serve the congregation of Ty Ty FBC. Plans have been drawn and some funds have been raised to build a new sanctuary right here on our 19 acres of land at Ty Ty FBC.
